The Role as General Manager – Business Development, you will:
Lead business development efforts in Singapore and regional markets, securing new contracts and expanding existing client portfolios. Drive revenue growth by identifying and capturing opportunities across technical and crew management services. Build high-level relationships with shipowners, charterers, and key decision-makers in the maritime community. Partner with internal technical, newbuilding, and commercial teams to deliver client-focused solutions. Represent the business at international industry events, strengthening visibility and brand positioning. Key Requirements 7+ years’ maritime business development experience with a strong track record of winning and closing high-value contracts. Solid exposure across tankers, bulk, and/or container shipping. Prior ship management experience required. Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
