General Manager (BFSI Solutioning)
**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance - Procure to Pay and Finance & Ops (MSD365 F&O). The role requires expertise in Client Reporting - DCS and Finance & Accounting. The candidate should possess excellent English language skills and be comfortable working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. **Responsibilities** + Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for finance-related projects. + Oversee the implementation of Finance + Procure to Pay and Finance & Ops (MSD365 F&O) solutions. + Provide expertise in Client Reporting + DCS and ensure accurate and timely reporting. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze financial data and requirements. + Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines. + Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. + Conduct regular reviews and updates of financial processes and systems. + Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. + Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial projects. + Provide training and support to end-users on financial systems and processes. + Monitor and report on project progress and performance. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial operations. + Support investment banking operations and reporting as needed. **Qualifications** + Must have 15 to 18 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on finance. + Must have expertise in Finance + Procure to Pay and Finance & Ops (MSD365 F&O). + Must have experience in Client Reporting + DCS and Finance & Accounting. + Nice to have experience in Investment Banking Operations and Reporting. + Must have excellent English language skills (Read/Write Speak). + Must be comfortable working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. + Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities. + Must have a proven track record of successful project delivery. + Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. + Must be proficient in using project management tools and software. **Certifications Required** + Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
