We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our team and drive continued growth. Position Summary: The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the dealership. This includes overseeing sales, service, parts, and finance departments while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and brand compliance. The GM will develop and execute business strategies, manage budgets, and lead department managers to meet and exceed operational goals. Key Responsibilities: + Lead daily operations across all departments: Sales (New & Used), F&I, Service, and Parts + Drive profitability and growth while managing expenses and improving efficiency + Recruit, mentor, and develop department managers and staff to achieve performance targets + Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and maintain strong CSI scores + Monitor market trends and implement strategies to stay competitive + Maintain compliance with OEM programs, standards, and reporting + Oversee inventory management and vendor relationships + Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning, reporting, and forecasting Qualifications: + 2 years of GM experience in a franchised automotive dealership (high performing General Sales Managers will be considered) + Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets + Experience with dealership management and CRM systems + Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills + High level of integrity, accountability, and business acumen Compensation & Benefits: + Competitive pay plan that rewards results; $300,000+ earning potential + Health, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) + Vehicle allowance or demo vehicle + Paid time off and holidays
