Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in hotel operations as a General Manager or Hotel Manager/Director of Operations, ideally in a Full service or upscale hotel environment.Strong commercial and financial acumen with a focus on owner relations and revenue optimization.Previous experience in high-volume operations is preferred.Track record of leading high-performing teams and driving engagement.A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centric thinking.Culturally aware and experienced in working within a diverse and international environment.Qualifications
