As our Group grows, we are proud to be launching a brand‑new dealership in Glasgow—an important step in our long‑term strategy to broaden our footprint and bring more choice, innovation, and opportunity to our customers and colleagues.

To lead this new operation, we are looking for an exceptional General Manager who can drive performance, shape the culture, and build a high‑achieving team from the ground up. With further growth planned in the region, this role offers outstanding potential for development and progression as our network continues to expand.

We’re looking for someone who is values‑led, customer‑obsessed, and results‑driven—someone who thrives on creating a positive, performance‑focused environment. You will oversee all aspects of the dealership, ensuring operational excellence while fostering strong partnerships both internally and externally. A proven track record as a General Manager, or significant senior sales leadership experience within the automotive sector, will be essential. You’ll bring energy, ambition, and a commitment to delivering exceptional financial results and industry‑leading customer experience.
