Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a General Manager to join our team to support our client in Bloomington, MN. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations in a corporate setting supporting our food service operations including retail café, office coffee, micro markets, catering services and food production.
What You'll DoKey responsibilities include:
Lead and manage front-line staff in providing exceptional customer service Complete daily kitchen inspectionsEnsure consistency in food quality and presentation to all customers servedImplement new programs and systems to support our food service operationsMaintain HACCP and safety standards for the operation Maintain Sodexo's cash handling standards, accounting, and reporting processesPrepare operating reports and compile unit data for our clientAbility to build and maintain strong client and customer relationships What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
