Own every aspect of club operations—from sales and staffing to training and member experience Drive revenue, crush KPIs, and lead your team Create a club culture that’s positive, encouraging, enthusiastic, and fiercely goal-oriented Ensure your club is the go-to fitness destination in your community Where You’ll Lead:SIR Fitness operates 11 Crunch locations across Southern California, including Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Tustin, Placentia, San Clemente, Vista, Oceanside, Carmel Valley, University Square, and Eastlake. Our clubs feature Olympic lifting platforms, turf zones, HIIT classes, hydromassage lounges, and more. You’ll have the tools—now bring the fire.
