GENERAL MANAGER OVERVIEW:

The Restaurant General Manager is the executive leader of the restaurant focused on profitability, Guest, people and operations. The General Manager has overall responsibility for managing the daily operations of a single restaurant. The General Manager invests their time in developing leaders, creating memorable experiences, managing administration, maintaining the facility, and being a being a brand champion.


General Manager Additional Responsibilities Include:

Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards.Ensuring Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are metAssisting Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actionAssisting in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team membersEnsuring company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance programEnsuring food quality and 100% customer satisfactionEnsuring complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing plansChampioning recognition and motivation efforts

All General Manager candidates must possess the following:

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age2+ years of previous quick service restaurant management experienceMust possess a valid Driver’s LicenseRequired to work a flexible schedule including: days, nights, weekends and Holidays

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objectsAbility to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 50 poundsConsistently handles product preparationAbility to kneel to utilize proper lifting proceduresConsistently lifts for product preparation, stocking and inventory
