What You'll Do Lead and manage the daily operations of Food and Nutrition Services at USC Arcadia Hospital.Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction, food quality, and regulatory compliance.Supervise and develop a team of frontline staff and managers.Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient health and dietary needs.Drive operational excellence through innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships to optimize service delivery.Uphold Sodexo’s commitment to safety, sustainability, and customer service. What You Bring A current CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) or RD (Registered Dietitian) credential.Proven leadership experience in healthcare food service or a similar environment.Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission).Excellent communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills.A passion for delivering exceptional service and improving patient outcomes.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic hospital setting.
