Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a strategic and energetic General Manager 4 to lead our food service operations at Granite Telecommunications in Quincy, MA. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a diverse and dynamic hospitality program that includes a café, catering, coffee shop, and office coffee services.

As the on-site General Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our client, responsible for:
Client relationship management – Build trust and deliver exceptional service.Team leadership – Guide a talented team including 1 salaried Executive Chef and 9 hourly staff.Financial performance – Manage budgets, drive revenue, and ensure cost-effective operations.Operational excellence – Oversee daily service across multiple food platforms.Event execution – Lead special events such as holiday parties and company celebrations.Regional support – Support Sodexo accounts in the Greater Boston area when needed.
