As General Manager, you’ll be the strategic and operational leader of the account, responsible for delivering exceptional service and driving business results. Key responsibilities include:

Full financial oversight of food and labor costsForecasting and planning to meet operational goalsMenu development and costing in collaboration with culinary leadershipCatering management for daily service and special eventsEnsuring HACCP compliance and food safety standardsProviding constructive feedback and mentorship to team membersBuilding strong client relationships and managing day-to-day operations What We Offer
