Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 - Environmental Services / Custodial to support our operations at Miami Jewish Health in Miami. The GM-EVS will oversee the daily custodial and housekeeping operations by effectively managing the hourly employees, 2 Operations Managers and a clerk. Ability to partner with community leaders to deliver innovative solutions, as well as creating a clean, healthy and comfortable environment for the Residents, is essential in this management role. Bilingual candidates (Creole or Spanish) an added plus!
What You'll Do have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence;be responsible for driving client and resident satisfaction scores;provide a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;effectively manages the Unit Operating System; andsupport a diverse and inclusive workforce. What You Bring 3-5 years previous custodial or housekeeping director level experience preferably in a seniors, hospital or hotel environment;experience in infection control protocols;ability to develop and motivate a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of a housekeeping system;strong leadership skills and can work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion;experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon time-lines;proficient with computers and other technology; andstrong financial acumen and budget management experience.
