Working at a senior living community for Sodexo is an opportunity to change the world one resident at a time!** We have an exceptional opportunity for a **General Manager 2 - Multi Service** to oversee our **facilities maintenance and housekeeping operations** at Asbury Solomons located in **Solomons Island, Maryland.** This General Manager will also have oversight of grounds and laundry. Will manage two managers and an hourly staff of approximately 20 employees. **What You'll Do** **What You’ll do:** + You will be professionally responsible for Facilities Management regarding the proper installation, operation and maintenance of uninterrupted light, heat, power, water and monitoring systems for all health system buildings and services. + You will have budget, staffing, short- and long-range planning + Program development responsibilities for the Facilities department in addition to construction/renovation operations, facility planning, maintenance, repair programs and energy management. **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
