Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at 11036 Quivira Rd in Overland Park, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

Manage daily operations, including equipment operation, inventory management, and facility maintenanceLead and motivate a team of employees, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluationsEnsure high-quality customer service by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptlyOversee inventory control, including stock management and associated paperworkManage financial aspects of the business, including cash handling and accurate monetary transactionsCoordinate and participate in product preparation and delivery processesImplement and maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the facilityAnalyze business performance and implement strategies for improvementCollaborate with upper management to set and achieve business goalsAdapt to changing business needs and implement new processes as required

QualificationsProven experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in operating various types of equipment and computer systemsStrong math skills for inventory management and financial transactionsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisionsCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional serviceProficient in using computer systems for order processing and inventory managementAbility to read maps and navigate efficiently for delivery purposesPhysical ability to stock ingredients, prepare products, and make deliveriesProblem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsValid driver's license and clean driving record

Additional Information

In addition you must operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in-cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associate paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily.
