Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to join our team.  As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Lead and inspire a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environmentOversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and schedulingImplement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standardsAnalyze sales data and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitabilityEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulationsResolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionallyCollaborate with upper management to set and achieve store performance goalsManage inventory levels, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitabilityConduct regular staff training and performance evaluationsMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

QualificationsProven experience in retail or food service managementStrong leadership and communication skillsOutstanding customer service orientationExcellent analytical and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environmentExceptional time management and organizational skillsIn-depth knowledge of inventory management and cost control techniquesProficiency in basic computer applicationsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
