Domino's Pizza is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at our 1613 S 9th St location in St Louis, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Manage and lead a team of store employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsOversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash controlEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanlinessImplement and maintain company policies and proceduresAnalyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitabilityHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfactionCollaborate with upper management to achieve store goals and objectivesMonitor and control costs related to labor, food, and suppliesMaintain accurate financial records and complete required paperworkParticipate in local marketing initiatives to drive business growthEnsure efficient and timely delivery operations

QualificationsProven experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in the food service industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in math and financial managementDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesCustomer service-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standardsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficiency in inventory management and cost control techniquesKnowledge of food safety regulations and practicesFamiliarity with point-of-sale (POS) systemsFlexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysValid driver's licenseHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
