Capacity Planning: Develop and monitor capacity plans for the Dewas and Poanta Sahib sites to ensure alignment with market demand and organizational objectives. Demand vs. Commit: Analyze demand forecasts, validate commitments, and ensure supply plans are aligned to business requirements. Commit vs. Supply: Monitor supply adherence against commitments, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions. Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels across regions to balance working capital, service levels, and risk mitigation. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure supply chain resilience. Process Excellence: Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain planning and execution. Risk Management: Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain teams across sites and regions. End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Lead and manage supply chain operations for Canada, Emerging Markets, and Europe, ensuring smooth coordination across regions.

Educational Qualification
Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related discipline (MBA preferred).

Experience
15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with exposure to pharmaceutical / FMCG / manufacturing industries.
