Job: General Manager 

Location: Abu Dhabi - UAE

Industry: Foundation Piling & Engineering

Salary: 30,000 AED

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead and manage all day-to-day operations across foundation piling and engineering projects. Take full ownership of live piling sites, including bored piling, CFA piling, shoring systems, and soil improvement works. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical specifications. Maintain strict cost control, budgeting, and financial discipline across all operations. Manage project programmes, productivity, and resource allocation to meet delivery targets. Enforce compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements applicable in Abu Dhabi and the UAE. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and key client relationships. Lead, mentor, and develop engineering, site, and operational teams. Coordinate closely with commercial and finance functions to track costs, margins, and cash flow. Provide regular operational and performance reporting to ownership or board-level stakeholders. Contribute to strategic planning, business growth, and market positioning within the UAE foundation piling sector.

 

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 15 years of professional experience in foundation piling and engineering. Strong technical background in bored piles, CFA piling, shoring systems, and soil improvement techniques. Proven hands-on experience managing live piling sites and operating piling rigs. Demonstrated ability to own operations, cost control, and project delivery end-to-end. Mandatory UAE / Abu Dhabi market experience within foundation piling and engineering. Proven senior leadership experience within a piling or foundation engineering business. Strong commercial, contractual, and financial acumen. Full P&L responsibility exposure.
