We are seeking an experienced **General Manager** to lead the resort into its next chapter — someone who inspires teams, elevates guest experiences, and brings Hyatt’s culture of care to life every day. **The Role** As General Manager, you will lead the overall success of the resort, driving strategy, performance, and culture. You will guide a strong Executive Committee and act as the key ambassador for AluaSoul Mallorca Resort with owners, partners, guests, and the local community.
