General Manager, Rosewood Residences Lido Key
Job Description

OUR PURPOSE AND CULTURE

We are driven to create a future where people and place enrich one another. We are wholly committed to rooting ourselves more deeply in every place we are in while setting new benchmarks for positive impact.

As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey. At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place.

THE TEAM

Rosewood Residences Lido Key is a private beachfront sanctuary comprising 65 estate style homes supported by a dedicated team of approximately 42 residential professionals across Butler Services, Engineering & Security, Porters & Valet, and Food & Beverage operations.

You will report to the Senior Director, Global Residential Operations, partnering closely with Rosewood corporate leadership, the Residential Board of Directors, and third party HOA partners to steward a best in class luxury residential community.

YOUR ROLE

As the General Manager – Residences, you are the senior most leader on property and the ultimate steward of the Rosewood residential experience at Lido Key. You will shape the community’s culture, safeguard its assets, drive operational and financial excellence, and ensure meaningful, personalized experiences for homeowners.

You will serve as a strategic leader, trusted advisor, and the primary liaison between homeowners, the Board, Rosewood corporate teams, and external partners—balancing fiduciary accountability with a refined, human centered approach to luxury residential living.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

•    Provide executive leadership for all residential operations, ensuring service excellence that reflects Rosewood’s brand standards.

•    Develop and execute annual business plans, operating budgets, and long term capital strategies that enhance asset value.

•    Act as the principal operational and strategic advisor to the Residential Board of Directors, preparing clear reports and recommendations.

•    Oversee the physical condition of the property through inspections, preventative maintenance programs, and lifecycle planning.

•    Lead all Food & Beverage operations within the residential community, ensuring quality, relevance, and cost performance.

•    Build a high performance, service driven culture through recruitment, development, coaching, and succession planning.

•    Serve as the point of escalation for emergencies, ensuring rigorous safety, security, and risk management standards.

•    Cultivate trusted relationships with homeowners and community partners, fostering a strong sense of belonging and place.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

•    You bring proven senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality, branded residences, private clubs, or high end residential operations.

•    You are confident navigating HOA governance, Board relationships, and residential community dynamics.

•    You excel in financial management, including operating budgets, P&L oversight, and long range capital planning.

•    You communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism—even in high stakes or sensitive situations.

•    You’re adept at building relationships with high net worth individuals, offering discretion, credibility, and personalized engagement.

•    You lead teams with purpose—coaching, inspiring, and upholding a culture of excellence.

•    You are a decisive problem solver, skilled in crisis leadership and sound judgment.

•    You hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and the required CAM license, with fluency in English (Spanish preferred).

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard – and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them – and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
