About the role

Take the reins of Perth’s most renowned hotel as General Manager of Parmelia Hilton Perth. You’ll lead the daily operations of this vibrant property, driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and sustainable performance.

Reporting to Hilton’s regional leadership, you’ll work closely with corporate stakeholders and property owners, ensuring strong alignment between commercial results, brand standards, and long-term strategic goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing hotel operations and guest experiences across rooms, events, and diningLeading, mentoring, and empowering department heads and a large, multi-skilled teamDriving profitability and operational efficiency while maintaining Hilton standardsBuilding trusted relationships with owners, Hilton corporate representatives, and the local communityEmbedding Hilton’s Travel with Purpose sustainability vision into daily operations and long-term strategy

Experience and qualifications
