This position will be located in CDMX, and will be on-site. **In this role, a typical day will look like:** + Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and profit growth targets. Timely and accurate monthly sales and expense forecasts. + Leads the PD effort for the respective country + Hire, train and develop associates as outlined in the Strategic plan or as needed in the future to migrate toward value/solutions competencies + Leads the Operative Committee to drive collaboration across functions to deliver sustainable, repeatable results. + Execute an effective succession plan for key positions. + Identify and prioritize top customer segments; develop and execute Go-to-Market Strategies that will maximize our sales and share gain potential. + Identify product gaps and coordinate those product needs with the appropriate resources while maximizing revenue from our existing product portfolio. + Lead and drive innovation within the organization to drive profitable growth. + Segment the market and penetrate new verticals as outlined in the CT strategic plans. + Participate in industry trade functions to keep abreast of changes and opportunities + Leverage the synergy among the WQ businesses and the vast portfolio of products to provide our customers with a complete and competitive solution. **The essential requirements of the job include:** + BS Degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar discipline. A Master’s Degree is a plus. + 8+ years in a Business, Marketing, or Commercial leadership role; including managing to revenue and margin goals, with P/L experience. + Extensive experience building teams and leading people.Previous experience in leading an operating company a plus. + Experience with Water Quality products a plus + Strong financial acumen, able to set budgetary and profitability objectives with the ability to realize these objectives while still winning share in the market + Strategic and tactical dimensions and capabilities can analyze the market, competitors, and company strengths & weaknesses while devising winning strategies ChemTreat is proud to be a part of the Water Quality segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.
