Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York—home to the NHL’s Buffalo Sabres, the MILL’s Buffalo Bandits, and host to a wide array of year-round events.

PayMinimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 - $140,500 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about youMinimum of 7-10 years of management experience in the contract food service industry, encompassing concessions, premium services, and catering in a sports and entertainment venueExperience working in a union environment, understanding, and managing through a CBA is highly preferredOperational financial management accountability and budgeting experienceBachelor’s degree in Business Management or similarPrior project management experience is preferredStrong commitment to customer and client relationships, integrity, leadership, and team-building skills with an authentic approach
