Responsibilities\nSingle point of contact for the customer for all transportation related process (Air, Ocean, and Road)\nUnderstanding of the logistics / freight forwarding industry and will have to manage logistic service providers KPIs and quality targets.\nManage the customer relationship to ensure customer service standards are achieve and continually improve.\nTo attend and solve any customer related issue.\nEnsure all freight forwarding operations and processes are carried out in accordance with the standard operating procedures.\nManage and lead the Control Tower team and ensure service delivery is met with customers’ requirement and expectation.\nAct as primary advisor to the management team on operation issues (e.g., problem solving, identification and escalation of significant Operation issues).\nResponsible for directing, coordinating, planning and overseeing tasks and operations involving transportation activities.\nResponsible on the customer service, contract renewal & P&L management through own fleet management or vendor management.\nSupport implementation of new process for various business independently.\nDrive continuous improvement and innovation.\nFocal point and escalation for all operation matters.\n\n

 

Requirements\nMinimum 10 years working experience in field of Logistics, Transportation, and International Freight Operations (Air/Sea/Courier/Land) Operations in Technology Sector (good to have).\nWorking experiences in 4PL environment, Key Account Management, and Program will be an advantage.\nA Degree with specialization in Logistics and Supply Chain.\nDigital skills in spread sheets and word processing for tracking, analyzing, and communicating related data.\nAbility to work with minimum supervision and use good judgment in making decision, restructuring priorities, and adjusting tasks in a dynamic environment.\nMust be able to readily adjust priorities in response to business needs.\nMust be able to interface successfully with various personalities, cultures, and work environments.\n\n
