Job Summary

Responsible for following a daily schedule of equipment service, general repair of non-medical equipment and minor construction of remodeling projects.

Job Duties Maintains and repairs all non-medical equipment in all buildings and systems.Performs general carpentry in support of alterations and renovations.Performs masonry tasks when necessary.Sets up scaffold and ladders for safe usage.Repairs a variety of mechanical, plumbing, electrical equipment and general building components.Maintains all tools and equipment in safe and operable condition.Reports problems to supervisor.
