What will I be doing?

\n\n

As General Maintenance you are responsible for maintaining the physical functionality of facility including guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas in accordance with established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Duties include, but are not limited to:

\n\n\n\t Answering room/radio calls\n\tPerforming preventative maintenance in guestrooms\n\tPerforming a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, HVAC and masonry. \n\tInspecting guestrooms, public space and heart-of-the-house for needed and preventive maintenance. \n\tRecording and reporting completed repairs and items that need further attention or that require placing a room 'out of order.'\n
