Job Summary Details:

 

Maintenance troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs equipment as assigned, and assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost effective manner.

Basic Qualifications:

•  Must be 18 years of age or older
•  Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license
•  High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required

Preferred Qualifications:
•  One (1) year of prior general maintenance preferred.
 
Responsibilities:
•  Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return 
•  Manage workload and job scheduling
•  Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork  
•  Keep manager informed of customer feedback
•  Communicate effectively and promptly
•  Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company
•  When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups 
•  Report team performance issues to the Supervisor
