We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated finance professional to join our growing team at IQVIA. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end close processes, and contributing to the success of our shared services center in Bratislava.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport month-end closing activities and statutory reporting processes in line with deadlines and internal guidelinesEnsure accurate and complete accounting records, ready for audits and compliant with internal and external requirementsPrepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights into variances and key driversPerform and review general ledger activities, including accruals, provisions, and journal entriesConduct account reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal control frameworks (including SOX)Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, ensuring financial data accurately reflects business activitiesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and systemsSupport projects and transitions, including onboarding of new countries into the shared services structureMaintain and grow your technical accounting knowledge and stay up to date with best practicesTake ownership of selected processes or entities and support broader regional activitiesWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field1–3 years of experience in accounting (ideally GL or accounting operations)Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processesExperience with ERP systems is an advantageStrong Excel skills (including Pivot Tables)Analytical thinking and attention to detailSolid communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementFluency in English (intermediate level or higher)Why Join IQVIA?🌍 Work in a global, international environment📈 Opportunity for career growth and development🤝 Be part of a supportive and collaborative team💡 Contribute to meaningful work that supports healthcare innovationIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
