Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

Join a global leader in packaging lifecycle solutions, serving a variety of industries including food, beverage, personal care, and more. We are seeking Production Workers for a Go-To Work role. This position is highly physical and involves working with metal barrels, drums, and plastic containers in our 55-gallon steel barrel line facility.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery used in the production process, including chain conveyors, automatic cutters, and burners.Load and maneuver metal barrels and drums.Perform seam welding and metal processing tasks.Ensure quality control through attention to detail.Maintain production speed and accuracy under pressure.Work Monday to Thursday, from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Essential Skills

General labor experience in production settings.Forklift and machine operation skills.Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting.Basic math and measurement skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with chain conveyors, automatic cutters, and burners.Ability to operate welding and seam forming equipment.Knowledge of industrial safety standards.Familiarity with metal fabrication processes.Previous experience in unionized manufacturing environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
