Position Title: Precast Concrete Laborer (Entry-Level)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview: We are seeking entry-level laborers to assist with all phases of precast concrete production. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with general labor experience who are looking to grow their skills in a construction-related environment. On-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in building and stripping concrete formsTie rebar and move materials throughout the facilityPerform general cleanup and support production tasksWork outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of general labor experienceAbility to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working outdoors in all weatherPrecast or construction experience is preferred but not requiredCandidates with outdoor labor experience (e.g., landscaping, farming, etc.) are encouraged to apply

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.51 - $25.00/hr.
