**Job Title: General Laborer - Day** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Laborers, specifically in the Cold Finish area. This role involves using grinders to ensure metal parts are free of cracks and meet quality standards. You will perform various grinding tasks, including inspection grinding, finish grinding, spot grinding, and all-over grinding. Additionally, you will engage in other general labor activities as necessary. This position requires standing for the entire shift and wearing a respirator. **Responsibilities** + Perform inspection grinding to ensure metal parts are crack-free. + Conduct finish grinding, spot grinding, and all-over grinding tasks. + Engage in additional general labor activities as required. + Work with grinders in a safe and efficient manner. **Essential Skills** + Experience with heavy lifting, capable of pushing and pulling 75 - 100 lbs frequently. + Proficiency in using grinders and understanding metalwork. + Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction. + Ability to read a tape measure accurately. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in manufacturing and machine operation. + Familiarity with metals and construction work. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team with opportunities on all shifts, providing a chance to develop your skills in a supportive and challenging environment. The position requires wearing a respirator and standing for the entire shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reno, NV. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
