**Job Title: General Laborer – QTS Data Center (Cedar Rapids, IA)** ***Job Overview:** Join a dedicated team providing essential environmental cleaning services at the QTS Data Center in Cedar Rapids. This role supports cleanliness, safety, and overall site readiness within an active construction environment. ***Key Responsibilities** + Clean exposed interior surfaces from floor level to the building deck above + Perform mopping, wiping, vacuuming, and brushing to remove dust and debris + Use scissor lifts and boom poles to access elevated areas + Pressure wash exterior panels, generator covers, and flooring once installed + Work in various physical positions, including standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders + Stay alert and maintain safe work practices around active construction operations ***Essential Skills & Experience** + Experience in construction, general labor, cleaning, or janitorial work + Familiarity with hand tools, mitigation, and restoration processes + Understanding of environmental remediation practices + Ability to operate scissor lifts and other heavy equipment + OSHA‑10 or OSHA‑30 certification preferred ***Additional Requirements** + Valid driver’s license + Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and back ground check + Comfortable working in all weather conditions + Scissor lift certification is a plus (not required) ***Why Join Us?** We value reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
