We’re hiring General Laborers to support the construction of prefabricated metal buildings. This role involves a mix of foundation work, assembly, and hands-on tasks using basic tools. You’ll receive training to read blueprints and contribute to the successful completion of commercial projects.
Location: Lincoln, NE and surrounding areas
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Responsibilities
Assist with footings and foundation preparationAssemble prefabricated metal buildingsOperate hand and power tools, lifts, telehandlers, and skid steersPerform physical labor on commercial construction sitesWork with materials including metal panels, trims, insulation, drywall, and paintFollow verbal and written instructions accuratelyMaintain a clean and safe work environmentPerform other duties as assignedSkills & Experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
