**Job Description** We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate machinery. You will ensure the continuous and efficient running of production. A successful machine operator is reliable, attentive to detail, and adheres to safety standards. On-the-job training is available, and a willingness to learn and improve is essential. The goal is to ensure smooth production procedures to maximize efficiency and profits. **Responsibilities** + Assist punch press operators with cutting and setting up materials + Use a shear to cut metal sheets + Utilize a tape measure to ensure accuracy + Use a calculator for adding and subtracting decimals + Set up machines, including calibration and cleaning, to start a production cycle + Control and adjust machine settings, such as speed + Feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines + Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools + Test the operation of machines periodically **Why Work Here?** There is ample room for growth, with merit and performance-based raises each year.
