Job Title: General Laborer

Shift: 7:30AM-4:00PM (Monday-Friday)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team in a dynamic machine shop and warehouse environment. The role involves performing various manual tasks such as washing rooms, drying parts, deburring parts, and handling parts and gears. The work environment consists of a 100,000 square foot machine shop equipped with over 50 CNC and manual machines. Responsibilities

Perform manual labor tasks in a machine shop and warehouse environment.Wash and dry parts and rooms as required.Deburr parts to ensure smooth finishes.Stack, sort, box, and unbox parts and gears.Collaborate with the shipping team and machine operators.Adapt to a variety of daily tasks and challenges.

Essential Skills

1+ year of experience in production or general labor roles.Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.Desire to work for a small, family-owned business.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
