Job Title: Kitting Specialist or Paint Line Worker

Job Description

This role involves unloading parts from the paint line and carefully inspecting them for defects. The specialist will ensure that the correct parts are packaged onto pallets to fulfill specific work orders. This is a physically demanding position that requires consistently lifting up to 30 pounds and staying active throughout the day.

ResponsibilitiesUnload parts from the paint line.Inspect parts for defects.Package correct parts onto pallets according to work orders.Use a computer and work instructions to kit parts from the paint line.Handle materials and perform tasks such as labeling, palletizing, and loading/unloading in a warehouse environment.Essential SkillsAbility to follow work instructions accurately.Experience with inspection and material handling.Proficient in using computers for order specification.Capable of consistently lifting up to 50 pounds.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Flexible work schedule, able to work 10 hours a day for a 4-6 month period.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
