Job Title: Screen Operator – Urgently Hiring

Pay: $20-22/hr DOE
Hours: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
Start Date: ASAP 

We are seeking a Screen Operator for a temp-to-hire position with our client, in the Brunswick area. This is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment delivering exciting sign and visual décor projects to major retailers and grocery clients nationwide. The Screen Operator will play a key role in producing posters, decals, and other signage using single-color screen print equipment. Success in this role means consistently producing high-quality work efficiently, cost-effectively, and with minimal supervision.

As a Screen Operator, you will be responsible for:

Operating screen press equipment to print posters, decals, and signage

Preparing screens by stretching, exposing, and reclaiming as needed

Ensuring products meet quality standards before completion

Working efficiently to meet production deadlines and cost goals

Maintaining equipment and work area in a safe and organized manner

Collaborating with the production team to support project needs

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

A high school diploma or equivalent

Previous printing experience (screen printing not required)

Ability to read and follow production specifications

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

A self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
