Key Responsibilities · Supervise and coordinate laboratory staff and workflow to ensure timely and accurate testing. · Monitor compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and quality control procedures. · Oversee specimen processing, testing, and reporting across multiple lab disciplines. · Collaborate with pathologists, lab technicians, and administrative staff to optimize lab performance. · Train and mentor laboratory personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. · Maintain inventory and ensure proper functioning of lab equipment.
