Employee-owned company looking for General Laborers. A leader in custom-molding of silicone, polyisoprene, and other medical-grade elastomers in a Class 100,000 cleanroom equipped with flashless tooling.

Available Shifts:
1st Shift: 8am-4pm
2nd Shift: 4pm-12am
3rd Shift: 12am-8am
Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: ... $15 /hr. - $16 /hr.

Work Environment:
Bright, clean, climate-controlled environment with a new breakroom and cafeteria.

Job Description:
Operate molding machines to produce a variety of silicone, polyisoprene, and other medical-grade elastomers to meet customer specifications. Visually 100% inspect parts for various defects.

Temp-to-hire window:
480 Hour Temp to Hire

Requirements:
Successful candidates will have good attendance, great hand-eye coordination, exceptional attention to detail, and great dependability.
