General Labor Feeder/Warehouse

+ Retrieve dough from fermentation room for pre-proofed product or mixing room for unproofed product.
+ Feed dough to the Rheon line in a constant and continuous flow and density.
+ Put dough on to the Action Roller.
+ Supply flour to the Floor Sifter.
+ Supply fat to the Fat Pump.
+ Retrieve dough trimming from Action Roller.
+ Become proficient in the operation of the Action Roller, the Fat Pump and the Roll-In Conveyor.
+ Monitoring, managing the dough ingredients for temperature as well as dough thickness, density, ingredients and overall quality.
+ Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
+ Follow all requirements of SQF, FSMA, HACCP/HARPC, cGMPs, and OSHA regulations as they pertain to food safety in a manufacturing facility.
+ Follow all local, state and federal regulations.
+ Learn additional policies, tasks, skills and duties in support of additional food safety and quality programs.
+ Adhere to other related programs including but not limited to personnel hygiene, and allergen training.
**Pay Details:** $21.50 to $22.50 per hour
