Job Opening: Packer / Machine Operator / Cutlines
Location: Mishawaka, IN
Pay: $16.00 – $18.75 per hour (based on experience)
Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Our client, a leader in the industrial manufacturing industry, is seeking Packers, Machine Operators, and Cutline Operators to join their growing team. These roles are part of the production department and play a key role in meeting daily production and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently pack aluminum parts according to company standards

Operate machinery and cutline equipment (if assigned to those roles)

Inspect products for quality and accuracy throughout the packing process

Label, wrap, and box products correctly for shipment

Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or packing environment

Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures accurately

Familiarity with basic production equipment (for Machine Operator/Cutlines roles)

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Steel-toed shoes required

Effective communication and teamwork skills
