Responsibilities:
Assist skilled carpenters and construction leads with all phases of steel and post-frame construction projects.
Perform general labor duties on job sites, including site preparation, material handling, loading and unloading, and site cleanup.
Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
Help with the assembly and installation of structural components for steel buildings and post-frame structures.
Support internal improvement projects, contributing to the upkeep and enhancement of company properties.
Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to quality standards.
Learn and apply new construction techniques and skills as directed.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience with hand and power tools.
Any previous exposure to construction, carpentry, or manual labor.
Familiarity with steel or post-frame construction methods (a plus, but not necessary).
Education:
No Degree Required

1 year or more of related experience
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
