Job DescriptionABOUT YOUR ROLE
The General Affairs plays a crucial role in supporting the entire organization by managing office operations, maintaining facilities, coordinating with vendors, and providing day-to-day support across all business units. This role ensures a smooth and efficient working environment through comprehensive administrative services and contributes to employee comfort and satisfaction.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Provide general facilities administration support, including the purchase of office supplies, managing security cards and facility security functions.
Maintain office facilities, including lighting, air conditioning, disaster prevention, and cleaning services.
Properly manage and archive important internal and external documents and forms.
Provide clerical and other administrative duties, including handling visitors, phone responses, sorting/sending mail, business trip coordination.
Support employees’ well-being, including manage time and attendance record
Coordinate emergency response plans and safety drills.
Support temporary staff management
Organizing and running internal events
Research a wide variety of complex information requests independently
Accomplish ad hoc projects or temporary assignments including other departments work
QualificationsWHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in administration, general affairs, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in general affairs, office management, or administrative support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent in working harmoniously with colleagues and carrying out responsibilities diligently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT tools.
Communicate in Japanese fluently, also in English (TOEIC 700 is a plus)
Able to work at the office every day
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a multinational company or fast-paced corporate environment.
Sanitation manager / disaster prevention manager qualification is a plus
