MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

The scope and function encompass general accounting such as asset management, inventory management and other functions of Record-to-report, as well as other aspects of finance and their basic functional responsibilities and activities categorized below.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises the monthly depreciation and amortization of Assets.
Supervises the proper recording of fixed assets.
Supervises the monthly inventory adjustment of custodian.
Supervises the semi-annual inventory count.
Supervises the investment accounting.
Checked the monthly commission of Skin and Body employees and doctor’s professional fee.
Supervises the daily collection report of Clinic, Lavazza and Pharmacy branches.
Checked the monthly sales recording of Lavazza and Pharmacy branch.
Assist all departments in various concerns in financial reporting.
Supervises monthly adjustment of PFRS16.
Review and prepare quarterly BSR.
Monthly monitoring of prepaid accounts.
Handles SAP activity.
Review and post other receivables reclassification.
Run inventory cost items entries and prices in Nav.
Prepare PPE valuation adjustments.
Review and post inventory purchase credit memo.
HR Related accounting adjustments
Prepare KPI report.
