**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, and social).
+ 3 years of experience in consumer-facing social media marketing.
+ Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience in program management or project management.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience with social media content publishing, calendaring, and reporting tools like Sprinklr, Airtable, YouTube Studio, other native channel platform tools, etc.
+ Experience driving earned conversation on social media and in PR.
+ Experience in a customer-facing or partnership role.
+ Understanding of traditional social media channels and newer social entrants.
+ Understanding of product positioning and marketing.
+ Excellent investigative mindset with strong quantitative reasoning, creativity, and strategic skills.
As a Social Insights and Analytics Manager for Google Gemini, you will be focused on analyzing and understanding the impact of all Gemini social campaigns across multiple channels (YouTube, TikTok, X, and Instagram) and the overall impact of Gemini social vs. competitors. You will advocate for the Gemini brand and product, and be an expert on understanding the impact of the social and influencer strategy. You will work cross-functionally across Google to share insights and opportunities for our different channels. You will have the ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate in a fluid, rapidly changing environment. You are creative and tapped into the latest social trends, you come with data-informed ideas about how to insert Gemini into the conversation. You are the ultimate multitasker, able to manage a large workload efficiently, while identifying opportunities to streamline internal processes. You are resourceful and highly adept at working cross-functionally to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities:**
+ Analyze content performance across YouTube, TikTok, X, and Instagram to identify top-performing topics, formats, and themes, provide data-driven recommendations to guide the editorial calendar and content strategy.
+ Inform creative briefs with performance insights and audience engagement data, provide analysis on which creative elements are drive the most impact and ensure alignment with brand benchmarks and strategic goals.
+ Establish and analyze content approval workflows, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization, and report on the correlation between asset approval time and campaign performance.
+ Track and analyze the performance of all outgoing social-posts, develop weekly and monthly reports that measure key-metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable-insights to optimize future content and scheduling.
+ Develop and maintain performance-dashboards for major campaigns and launches, forecast potential-outcomes based on historical-data and provide real-time analysis to inform strategic adjustments and maximize ROI.
