Raytheon is seeking a Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) Risk Monitoring Senior Manager. This position collaborates closely with groups within Raytheon’s GEC team, Internal Audit, Compliance, and business partners to proactively identify and address risk, support remediation efforts, and track and present on status to senior leadership. Ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for risk analysis, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence, this role offers meaningful impact across the organization.
**What You Will Do**
+ Monitor and evaluate key risk profiles across the GEC program organization identified through the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process and other activities, supporting efforts to address emerging and residual risks.
+ Collaborate with the Internal Audit FACT team and other BU counterparts to identify high-priority projects and risk focus areas and actively contribute to the development and execution of mitigation strategies.
+ Lead or support cross-functional initiatives aimed at implementing new or revised regulations and assist with remediation activities related to GEC Entity Risk Assessments.
+ Provide critical support to the Risk Monitoring and Analytics team by advancing ongoing strategic projects and delivering regular reports to senior leadership on project status, risk exposure, mitigation progress, and compliance performance using data-driven insights.
+ Leverage CORE processes to help identify targeted solutions and process improvements to address key risk areas
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years prior experience; or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 7 years’ experience
+ Experience working in compliance, audit, or forensic accounting
+ Experience working with regulatory compliance and risk-based assessments
+ Experience identifying risks and making improvements to processes and/or systems to enhance performance of job area including experience analyzing and turning robust streams of data into actionable insights for stakeholders to consider
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Experience navigating through ambiguity while focusing on overall goal, thinking critically, and leveraging problem solving skills and innovation to address problems and make continuous process improvements
+ Ability to manage expectations while maintaining a positive relationship with a variety of stakeholders demonstrating a customer service mindset
+ Skilled in analyzing data to better understand potential risks, concerns and outcomes that could impact the business
+ Experience leading projects from concept to implementation including creating processes, procedures, and notifications to create robust data analytical solutions
+ Experience working in a role responsible for performing assessments and monitoring including experience with SOX, COSO, and/or other internal control frameworks

Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
