What impact you’ll make
As an Intern and active key Team player of the Global Sourcing, Aero Services Fulfilment Team, you will be an active contributor to the ensure delivery of key commodities to support ongoing Aero Services Global Projects and ensure accurate reporting mechanisms are established.
What you’ll do (Job Responsibilities)
Ensure smooth hand off all active POs from PPM
Review PO details
Review PO requirements with relevant stakeholders such as GEV Engineering, SQE, PMO and Logistics.
Ensure PO is accepted by the Supplier/s within the specified time.
Schedule KOM with Supplier and relevant GEV functions
Set recurring meetings with Supplier to address any fulfillment issues or issues arising at Tier 2&3 Suppliers
Review manufacturing schedule
Maintain and share recurring Minutes on Supplier manufacturing progress
Coordinate with relevant SQE and Customers for witness points
Ensure all applicable manufacturing quality reports are available and transmitted to GEV in a timely manner
Coordinate material pick-up and transport from Supplier with assigned GEV Logistics Manager
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Pursing a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business or Technical area
Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 without rounding.

Ability to coordinate and work in a cross functional team
Provide updates and reports to clearly define ongoing activities to various Leadership levels with the Sourcing and Business organization

The pay for this position ranges from $21/hr-$29/hr based on years of undergraduate studies completed.
