We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

Act as thetechnical leadfor the development team, guiding team members and ensuring successful project delivery.

Represent the development team in discussions with business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on requirements and deliverables.

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines inBigQuery SQLto extract, transform, and load data into data assets.

Develop and optimizeBigQuery proceduresto process, validate, and streamline data operations.

Create and maintain project-related artifacts and documentation.

Resolve technical blockers for the team to ensure smooth development workflows.

FollowData Engineering Process Lifecycle (DEPL)andSoftware Development Lifecycle (SDLC)controls during build, deployment, and maintenance phases.

Understand and bridge the gap betweenoperational systems(OLTP) andanalytical systems/platforms(OLAP), ensuring data is stored and processed appropriately for its intended use.

Document and map interactions (STM) between business processes, information, and data for projects.

Define and enforce standards, guidelines, and processes forData Warehouse (DWH),ETL, andDatabase Development.

Proactively communicate with team members, managers, and project managers to identify and mitigate risks during the project lifecycle.

Contribute to the development and implementation of standards and tools forETLandDWH.

Drive the adoption of organizational standards and ensure alignment withHSBC methodology.
