**Distinguishing** **Characteristics:** Full profit & loss responsibility for a portfolio of accounts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Vice President of Securitas Global Client Americas (GCA) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to a portfolio of accounts with revenues exceeding $100 million. This role is accountable for driving exceptional and efficient service delivery, account leadership related to operations, fostering innovation, and deepening strategic client partnerships across global and regional markets. The VP leads a team of Program Directors (PD’s) and collaborates closely with regional market leadership and operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service, client retention, and profitable growth. A key focus is on operational rigor, continuous improvement, and the integration of innovative solutions that enhance both the Client Value Proposition (CVP) and account profitability. **Client** **Retention** **and** **Development** 1. Championacultureofoperationalexcellencebyensuringconsistent,high-quality service delivery across all client sites through collaboration with Region leadership, account ownership, structured performance reviews, service audits, and corrective action plans. 2. Build strategic partnerships with clients through regular engagement, quarterly businessreviews,proactivemanagementofsecurityoperations,andco-creation of innovation roadmaps aligned with client goals. 3. Leadthedevelopmentandimplementationofclient-specificKPIsandscorecards;monitorperformanceanddrivecontinuousimprovementand accountability through data-driven insights. 1. Identify and scale best practices across the portfolio; introduce value-added servicesandinnovativesolutionsthatenhanceclientoutcomes,relationships, and portfolio growth, and operational efficiency. 2. CollaboratewithRegionleadershiptoalignservicedeliverywithclient expectations and market dynamics. 3. Leadcontractnegotiationsthatresultinoptimalbusinessoutcomes,renewals, and amendments with a focus on risk mitigation, tangible value creation, and long-term partnership. 4. Leadthesuccessfulorchestrationofnewbusinessstartswithintheportfolio, ensuring a seamless and effective transition from sales to delivery. 5. Oversee the development of strategic account plans that align with both client andcompanyobjectives.Regularlyconductportfolioperformanceassessments to ensure team adherence to individual strategic account plans and assess the overall delivery health and profitability of the portfolio. **Operational** **and** **Financial** **Performance** 1. Ownthefinancialperformanceoftheportfolio,ensuringprofitability,costcontrol, and revenue growth through disciplined operational management. 2. AnalyzeoperationalandfinancialKPIstoidentifytrends,risks,andopportunities; implement corrective actions to optimize performance and margin. 3. PartnerwithRegionleadershiptoensuretimely/accuratebilling,collections,and achievement of Accounts Receivable targets. 4. Leadannualbusinessplanningandbudgeting;monitorprogressagainst objectives and adjust strategies as needed. **Innovation** **and** **Continuous** **Improvement** 1. Fosteracultureofinnovationthatenhancesboththeaccountprofitabilityandthe CVP by encouraging experimentation, piloting new technologies, and integrating client feedback into service enhancements. 2. UtilizeSecuritas’six-pillarstoleadcross-functionalinitiativestostreamline operations, improve service delivery models, and reduce cost-to-serve. 3. Ensureknowledgeofindustrytrendsandemergingtechnologies;translate insightsintoactionablestrategiesthatdifferentiateSecuritasinthemarket. **Employee** **Development** **and** **Leadership** 1. DevelopPD’stobecommerciallyastuteandequipthemwiththeskillsnecessary to drive account growth through operational excellence.Mentor PD’s to build high-performing, client-focused teams; provide coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities. May manage or direct the work of an associate orteam. 2. Promotecollaborationandknowledgesharingacrossportfolio’sandregionsto replicate success and drive consistency. 3. Conductregularemployeeperformancereviewsandstrategicaccountreviews; recognize excellence and address performance gaps with urgency. 4. Ensure compliance with all Securitas GCAdelivery standards, applicable laws, regulations,andcompanypolicies,modelethicalleadershipandaccountability. **Global** **Responsibility** 1. Support clients in evaluating and implementing global security strategies; assess thefeasibility,consistency,andscalabilityofservicedeliveryacrossgeographies. 2. Buildandmanageaglobalservicenetworkthroughstrongrelationshipswith Securitas regional teams and global partners (Certified Partner Program) 3. Monitorandevaluateglobalservicedeliveryperformance;shareGCAbest practices with global operations. 4. LeadthepreparationofglobalRFI/RFPresponses,includingpricingstrategies and coordination with Region and Country stakeholders. **Additional** **Responsibilities** 1. Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforassignedaccountsintheabsenceofa dedicated PD, assuming full responsibility for service delivery and clientsatisfaction. 2. Performotherdutiesasrequiredtoachievebusinessobjectivesandsupportthe growth of GCA. **MINIMUM** **QUALIFICATIONS** **AT** **ENTRY** Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position. **MINIMUM** **HIRING** **STANDARDS** + Mustbeatleast18 yearsof age. + Musthaveareliablemeansofcommunication(i.e.,pageror phone). + Musthaveareliablemeansoftransportation(publicor private). + MusthavethelegalrighttoworkintheUnitedStates. + Musthavetheabilitytospeak,read,andwriteEnglish. + MusthaveaHighSchoolDiplomaorGED. + MustbewillingtoparticipateintheCompany’spre-employmentscreeningprocess, including drug screen and background investigation. **Education/Experience:** Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of experience in a field related to the security industry and/or business management, and substantial, progressively responsible experience in the security industry, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation desirable. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
