GBS Support Analyst - Decatur, IL

General:
ADM’s Global Business Services (GBS) team provides efficient, compliant, and reliable services across ADM’s global operations. Within GBS, the Commodities Management Services (CMS) tower manages transactional activities supporting ADM’s grain and commodity settlements throughout the Americas region. This position is not remote and is based in the Decatur-City Center office.

Scope:
GBS is seeking a full-time CMS Support Analyst to join the Truck Settlement Team. This role focuses on supporting ADM’s grain settlement processes, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and timely within ADM’s accounting systems. The Support Analyst will collaborate with location personnel, commercial teams, and other CMS groups to drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across settlement activities.

Experience:Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Agriculture, or Information Technology preferredExperience in grain commodities or similar business environments, with a strong preference for background in grain settlement, freight, or transactional systems support.Job Responsibilities:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsProven reliability, ability to meet deadlines, and desire to assist othersExcellent communication skills with ability to interact across multiple levels of the organizationExperience with end-to-end commodities settlement processesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Access.
